5th Quarter Sports Agency is dedicated to helping student athletes get the exposure they deserve. We offer consulting, sports recruiting, youth mentorship, and sports clinics. We specialize in recruiting, NIL deals, scholarships, NCAA rules, and life coaching. The recruiting process can be stressful, so our team helps clients and their families navigate every step of the way to provide a pleasant, accessible, and relatable experience. We also teach athletes how to transfer sports skills into life skills in order to be the complete student athlete. "Eat Clean, Go Hard, and Don't Stop Until The Whistle Blows. You're on the clock!" is our motto. Remember, not all wins show on the scoreboard.

SPORTS RECRUITING
Coach Lynch helped increase Kaia's exposure during the pandemic and she was awarded a full athletic scholarship for basketball to Washington State University.
After playing several years at WSU, Kaia transitioned to Akron University where she received another full athletic scholarship for basketball where she currently attends.
Youth Mentoring
Coach Lynch has dedicated his life to serving youth in the USA, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Algeria, and many other parts of the world. Coach Lynch received the 2023 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award & Volunteer Service Award for his lifelong commitment to building a stronger nation through service and youth mentoring.

Motivational Speaker
Coach Lynch also known as Pastor Mo will have you on the edge of your seat. Through motivational speaking, he has encouraged, inspired, and positivity impacted youth across the globe.
Sports Clinics
Coach Lynch partners with schools and youth sports organizations to offer year round sports clinics and conditioning to help student athletes prepare to play on the next level. He host clinics at the request of clients year round. Email info@5thquarter.agency for more information.
Meet the Founder & CEO, Coach Lynch
As a native born and raised in a rough environment in Detroit, Coach Lynch was inspired to name his youth mentoring program Purpose Over Prison (his motto). He took to the streets at an early age to find his identity. Risky behavior and bad decisions literally almost cost Coach Lynch his life and an early exit from all Detroit Public Schools. Sports saved his life and gave him purpose. Now, Coach Lynch uses his life, coaching, sports, academic and referee experiences to help youth and other student athletes discover their purpose and make positive life choices.
Coach Lynch is a former student athlete (running back), former football coach, professional sports referee (basketball, football, and volleyball) and Big 10 replay official. He received a full scholarship to Indiana University to play as a running back (2002-2004). Due to an injury, he transferred to Alabama State University where he earned a second full scholarship and his Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Radio Television (Cum Laude, 2006). He was a part of ASU's 2004 SWAC Championship Team (2nd team in school history to win the championship). In 2006, Coach Lynch was nominated as an academic All American. He went on to coach at Urbana & Tiffin Universities (Ohio), and served as Equipment Assistant for the Atlanta Falcons. Sports has played an integral part in every phase of Marlin’s life. In additional to sports recruiting, Coach Lynch is a proud Girl Dad. He and his wife, Kaletta, have two daughters. He is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., the Prince Hall Freemasonry, and the Kiwanis Club. He serves as the Apostle & Pastor of Kingdom Huddle Ministry.
