Marlin is one of the nicest and most outgoing individuals that I have ever met. When it comes to a person that is a go-getter and a person that does not accept no for an answer, then that is the type of person that I want to be around and want working for me and my child. I have personally witnessed Marlin change a number of kids lives over the phone and get them scholarships from schools that are well known and some schools that I did not even know existed. He is a honest man of God and he tells the parents and players what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Marlin puts kids in the best position to be successful in life and for the future. I have witnessed Marlin help a number of kids get a scholarship in less than two months of him knowing them. Every kid he has worked with in Arkansas has received at least one college offer and Marlin lives in Utah. Also, he focuses on players getting a great education and what school will fit your player so they can get on the field the fastest.  He also stays in constant contact with the players encouraging them and just checking on them. He is about forming a relationship with the parent and the player and making it a family atmosphere more than everything being strictly about business. He wants everybody to feel comfortable during this process.
